The house was constructed recently but has significant traditional elements and is built entirely of stone.
In its place there was an old oil mill, of which two millstones have been preserved in the fireplace and in
the yard, respectively. The building is arranged over two levels and includes an open-plan living, dining
and kitchen area on the ground floor while upstairs are the two bedrooms and a good-sized bathroom
with bathtub. The building has a southeast orientation and from all points, inside and outside, the views
